What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, Snuggle Suds has a strict NO RETURN policy, but
we do offer FULL refunds if the product is damaged or misplaced by USPS.
What is tallow and why do you use it?
Tallow is rendered fat from grass-fed, grass-finished beef. It's incredibly rich in skin-nourishing vitamins (A, D, E, and K) and closely mimics our skin's natural oils, making it wonderfully absorbent and gentle. It's been used for centuries as a healing balm, and we're honored to continue that tradition in our products.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are all manufactured locally in the United States and our tallow comes from grass-fed, grass-finished beef from regenerative farms in the United States. We believe in complete transparency about our sourcing and only work with farms that share our values.
Do your products contain any synthetic ingredients or fragrances?
Never. We use only natural ingredients you can recognize and pronounce. Any scent in our products comes from natural essential oils, never synthetic fragrances.
